01/12/2024 Ramón Peña horse mackerel in olive oil. So pretty! And so good tasting. You definitely get some textural contrast with the skin here. Very densely packed, but well packed. Definitely some bones in there too. I’m not too sure the olive oil is doing anything - but altogether the fish has a nice flavor. Very moist. I don’t think I’d get it again just because of the cost (13~) but I’m glad I tried it. 4/5.
