01/15/2024 alalunga mackerel in olive oil. Really nice chew. really different mackerel flavor, a slight fishyness, slight nuttyness? Expensive, yes, but worth it as a treat. The fat is there, and nicely defined, and not overwhelming. It's a nice contrast to the tender but not fall apart flesh.
