07/23 Cole's patagonian smoked salmon. First off, presentation on this is beautiful. A lot of dill on top the salmon, very picturesque. At first taste, a bit metallic for my preference, but it opens up a bit. There's cohesive large slices of onion here, which is cool to see. But the olive oil is a definitive weak point. It isn't good there. Overall, this is okay, i like it enough, but won't re-buy in a hurry. Also, calling it applewood smoked is a bit generous, IMO. It may be the lemon that's turning me off, it isn't as bad as king oscar lemon, but it isn't great.
