01/30 jose gourmet, stickleback in pickled sauce. really thought it was mackerel. but no. it's some small fish, a bit dry, a bit tangy, kinda like yellowtail often is at sushi places. I like it, the sauce isn't overpowering. There are a lot of em in here, also some onions? Wish there were more onions.
