07/16 King Oscar mackerel Mediterranean style. I am again surprised. This is good. Not fantastic, the flavor gets a bit eh. But like, it’s good. Maybe it’s better quality olive oil, maybe it’s better fish, I don’t know. Maybe it’s just the spices. But the Mediterranean styles from Oscar seem to be leaps and bounds ahead of their traditional offerings.
