La Brujula No 140, mackerel fillets in olive oil. These are good. The can is tough, and the fish are somewhere between tender and a little chewy. the olive oil doesn't stand out to me. What does stand out though is that they're well seasoned. They don't need salt or hot sauce. The olive oil has a vague fruity element to it - I think it'd be good in a dressing.
