12/10 La curiosa tuna belly in curry. Not bulging! Good! Alright so I think it’s generous to call this tuna belly. It’s pretty chunked and indistinct. It’s not had tuna by any means. But it isn’t what I normally associate with tuna belly. Not fatty enough. And like not complete enough. That said. It’s good! Great smell. Nice olive oil. More of a spiced curry approach as opposed to a curry sauce approach. Nice little onion chunks.
