01/10/2026 Olasagasti Lomo De Atun à la toscana. What a delight. Absolutely hearty and lovely. Lovely tuna, potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, beans, and I think maybe a pepper or celery? Just delicious. The fish could be better. But it goes so well altogether. It’s just delicious.
