10/04/24 Ortiz Ventresca. The packaging on this is really cute! The can is printed too. Very pretty. The product itself is disappointing, however. There’s a good amount of ventresca here. But the olive oil is bad. And there isn’t a good flavor to the ventresca. It tastes almost like, salty savory in a way that jerky is. Good ventresca should be rich, almost melt in your mouth, fatty. And this had fat. But it wasn’t sliced like ventresca typically is. And again the olive oil was bad. Cannot recommend this.
