Patagonia Provisions Lightly Smoked Wild Sockeye Salmon

04/03 Patagonia lightly smoked wild sockeye salmon. Decent? Not blowing my mind. Does it count if it's in a pouch? The smoker is there and subtle, the salmon is pretty whole and delicate, but a bit try, and a bit too akin to bad tinned fish, in terms of flavor and dryness. Maybe it'd be better if it was cooked in something, or maybe i'd appreciate it while camping. But as is, eh.
