Patagonia Spanish White Anchovies

02/10 Patagonia Spanish White Anchovies. Hmmmm. They're very pretty. My first time having anchovies outside of a pizza or sauce context. And I don't know that I love it. It lingers fishily in the back of your mouth. I think there might be bones here but it doesn't bother me. It might be the lemon? The lingering isn't my favorite, and the texture is a little too... hmm, weakly spongey? I am definitely willing to try more anchovies, but this hasn't knocked it out of the park for me. There's olives in the can! Which is always a nice surprise. Crackers help.
