Pinhais Spiced Mackerel in Olive Oil

09/19/24 Pinhais Spiced Mackerel in olive oil. The spice is nice! Densely packed. Kinda wish the oil was better distributed. The spice is definitely in the oil and not in the fish, but it's good mackerel! It feels different than nuri spiced mackerel, just because it's packed differently. There are packed in standing up long ways, whereas the others are like, two layers of them on their wider side facing up. hard to describe.
