03/30 Porthos Smoked Trout. The resentation on this is really pretty. I don't think I've seen trout fillets this complete, with skin on, very pretty. But like most porthos things, the taste is incredibly meh. It needs salt to taste like anything, but there's no flavor directly to the smoke, or even the trout itself. It'd be a disappointing intro to trout for someone, especially with alternatives like the fangst exist.
