03/11 ramon pena lemon mackerel. Very tender. I barely detect the lemon, which is nice frankly given so many other tinned fish have terrible lemon additions. With salt, hot sauce, and a cracker? It's great. With just salt it's lovely. With just the cracker too, lovely. This is a nice treat mackerel, IMO. It's decadent feeling and enjoyable.
