07/29 Ventresca de atun a la brasa, conservas brasedas geuyumar. My first geuymar. Wowie. I mean this is decadent. Huge serving, but it was expensive. This feels like something I should be having on sushi rice or something. Absurdly clean tasting. I'm not sure I get any notes of grilling, but it is just so fantastically tender. Like, I was briefly under the impression I got a bit of entirely fat, but no, it is in fact tuna. Genuinely I'm not sure how to eat this. Also it came with a magnet? I ate maybe half, maybe a a third. Going to save the rest for later, it's just so incredibly rich.
