05/18 Wildfish Cannery Smoked King Salmon. So this tin is expensive at $20, but man do you get a lot of salmon, largely cohesively together. Like, not unlike a fillet you'd get at the market. And it's quite tasty. It verges a little metallic, so it isn't like stellar, but it is good, and I am happy with it. It's six ounces, but that feels like underselling it. I'd say this is closer to half a pound. And for smoked salmon, yeah, great deal. 05/23 Wildfish Cannery White Smoked King Salmon. Wowie. This may be the best smoked salmon I've ever had, period. It's rich but not too rich. My only critique is the smoke is a bit heavy. But just, wow. It is the platonic ideal of salmon, and looks beautiful.
