07/24 La Barca Mussles in Eschabeche sauce. Good healthy looking mussels, a nice bit of chew. Bright sauce with them, a bittttt too vinegar-y for my preferences. A little salt is nice, but not necessary. Espinaler IMO would overwhelm the already, uh, active, flavors. Update, yeah, too much going on with hot sauce.
