01/13/2024 fish wife, smoked rainbow trout. Kinda dry? Want more from it, doesn't feel meaningfully better than the other smoked trout i've had, despite costing much more.

04/28/2025 - roughly - bon iver fish wife salmon honestly, not good. I had this a week or so ago as i write, and it was just kinda dry, kinda meh.

Fish wife smoked albacore tuna. It's tasty enough, it's dense, it's meaty. It's a little sweet with this sauce they put in. I'm left wanting a bit, more tenderness, or something.
