Fangst Cockles

12/07 I wanted to have a tin of La curiosa mussels but they were dented and bulging! Bad! Instead I had Fangst cockles. They’re not like offensive like I remember them being. But they have a gritty sand like texture to them that I really don’t love. The flavor itself isn’t especially notable. Yeah the crunch seems a constant. Not just in that bite. They’re chewy how mussels are but aren’t as tasty. Not a fan unfortunately. I really wanted to be.
